SARAH ROSE

Sarah is a zealous and compassionate advocate for her clients, especially during the turmoil that exists in many family law cases. Sarah’s focus is assisting families in transition through divorce, paternity, changes in custody, protective orders, prenuptial and post-marital agreements, small estate plans, and probate and guardianship cases.

Sarah is a certified parent facilitator, parent coordinator, and mediator, and she uses all available tools to walk clients through this process. She works directly with clients on an ongoing basis to prepare and effectuate a plan of action for each case and each client’s needs.  

Sarah has practiced primarily family law in North Texas since 2011.

Sarah has successfully defended against protective orders and enforcements of child support on numerous occasions. Sarah successfully brought and defended appeals in the 2^nd and 5^th Courts of Appeals in Texas.

Sarah celebrated 15 years of marriage in 2021, and she and her husband have two daughters, and their rescue dog, residing in Frisco, Texas. She graduated from Plano East Senior High School and appreciates living near family and friends. She participates in her children’s school activities; loves reading; and her favorite pastime is traveling with her family.
